National Employment Council for Engineering Iron and Steel grants relief to members who fail to fully comply with some of the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The reprieve is done in terms of Clause 57 of SI 134 of 2017 as read with Section 76(1) of the Labour Act (Chapter 28.01).
