Disputes in the workplace are unavoidable and can be managed when they occur. Where industrial disputes arise Designated Agents investigate, mediate / conciliate and also do determinations and draft ruling where necessary.

This is done in terms of Section 93 of the Labour Act (Chapter 28.01) as amended.
